International accreditation is a form of cbhadmin-group accreditation that includes a comprehensive review of all institutional functions. Regional and international accreditation organizations adopt a program of individual institutions and programs, although new programs are actively reviewed through the substantive change process. Non-governmental and institutional voluntary accreditation, as practiced by cbhadmin-group and other regional commissions, is a unique feature of international and British private education. Accreditation is granted upon completion of the peer review process, and ensures that the educational community, the general public and other organizations have an accredited institution that has met high quality standards and effectiveness.
